Benefits of garlic and mixtures of it for hair care
Garlic is considered a herbaceous plant and one of the herbal plants widely used in the kitchen since ancient times because it adds a strong flavor characteristic to the dish and also it was used in many medical treatments in the past, as garlic contains sulfur compounds, vitamins (C) and (B6), selenium, magnesium, potassium. Calcium and other substances known to help treat various diseases, and its components make it excellent for hair care.
