Recipe ingredients:
2 medium eggs
200 gm ground beef
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of mixed spice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fine coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 large onion, wings
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 large green sweet pepper, thin sticks
1/4 cup tomato paste
3 large peeled seedless tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon crushed chili
2 tablespoons fried pine nuts
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 pods of pepper
For frying:

How to prepare:
0. Peel the eggplant and cut it with thick fingers. Leave it aside.
1. In a small plate, put the pepper, salt, pepper, paprika, coriander, and cumin, and stir to mix the spices together.
2. In a plate, put the meat, half the amount of spices, and mix well, then mix with small fingers.
3. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, put the kofta fingers, and stir them to roast the oil and simmer, then take it out of the pan, leave it aside.
4. In the same saucepan, put the onion and garlic, and stir until golden.
5. Add the pepper and stir it with the onion.
6. Add tomato paste and stir well, then add a quarter cup of water. Leave the sauce for a few minutes.
7. Add the eggplant, kofta sticks, tomatoes, chili and the rest of the spices, cover the pan and leave it on low heat for a few minutes to simmer. Serve in a skillet or as desired.
