For all Italian food lovers, especially Italian pasta dishes, we offer this dish to those who follow a special vegetarian diet today. We offer you a spicy garlicy lemon kale pasta, one of the distinctive Italian vegetarian dishes.
Note that you can change the quality of vegetables as desired, and this recipe details accurately.
Recipe ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil (or use a little lemon juice without the oil)
6 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
To a teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
5 cups chopped spinach
1.5 cups green peas
Half a teaspoon of lemon zest
Half a tablespoon of lemon juice
Heavy drizzle of chili oil (optional)
Nutritional yeast, salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Half a cup of toasted pine nuts on top
Method:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil (or use a little oil-free lemon juice) in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry 6 thinly sliced garlic cloves for 2 minutes or until they begin to turn brown. Add to 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper and cook for another 30 seconds, or until the garlic slices are slightly crisp. (Keep stirring until it does not burn.)
Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
Add 5 cups of spinach, chopped in 3 batches, and mix well. Wait until each starts to wilt before adding the next batch.
Add 1.5 cups green peas (melted). Stir and cook until completely hot.
Remove from heat and add half a teaspoon of lemon peel, half a tablespoon of lemon juice and a spray of chili oil (optional but very good!).
Mix the desired amount of cooked pasta.
Add more lemon juice and nutritional yeast to taste.
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Spread over half a cup of roasted pine nuts.
