Chili bread with walnuts

Ingredients:


To prepare the dough:

A cup of olive oil

A cup of warm water

A cup of warm milk

1 tablespoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1.5 tsp salt

Flour as needed for the dough

For the mix:


2 medium onions

2 pieces of pepper

1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste

A cup of olive oil

1 cup of sesame 

1 cup of , ground walnuts

1 teaspoon of thyme (mountain thyme)

Cheese as much as 1 cup of coffee

2 tablespoons of hot pepper

1 teaspoon black pepper


How to prepare:


1_ First, start kneading the dough, add the instant yeast, milk, water, sugar, olive oil and salt to a large bowl and get a homogeneous mixture.


2_ knead it and add flour.


3_ Knead until you get a consistency that will not stick to the hand.


4- Cover with a damp cloth and wait an hour for it to brown.


5_ Meanwhile, chop 2 onions finely, add tomato paste, olive oil, sesame, walnuts, thyme, hot pepper, black pepper and cheese.


6_ Mix it until you get a homogeneous mixture.


7_ Brush the bottom of the tray well with olive oil.


8_ Put the dough on the tray and press it with your hand and distribute the mixture well.


9_Heat the oven at 200 degrees.


10_ Put the tray in the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes.


11_ After the first heat comes out, cut it and serve.
