Ingredients:


(First layer)

Vanilla cake slices

(Second layer)

A cup of raw cream chantet

A cup of cream cheese

Half a cup of hot milk

A quarter cup of sweetened condensed milk

(Third layer)

Lotus biscuit (large bucket)

A cup of milk

(Fourth layer)

2 tablespoons of lotus butter

Addition to the rest of the second layer mixture

For the face

Minced lotus biscuit (cup)

Caramel sauce


To adorn:

Fresh strawberry


Method of preparation:


In Pyrex we will stack the cake slices (the second layer). We will beat all the ingredients in the blender until the frying becomes creamy. We will pour half the amount of the mixture on the cake.

(The third layer) We will put the biscuit in the milk and take it out immediately and then mix it on the cream layer

(Fourth layer)

We take the rest of the cream mixture with 2 large tablespoons of lotus butter and add the last layer in pyrex, then cover the face with chopped lotus biscuits.
