Three quarters of a cup of sugar

4 bay leaves

1 tablespoon black peppercorns

6 cardamom cloves

5 sliced ​​garlic cloves

To make the crust:
3 cups of flour

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon dried thyme

A teaspoon of chili powder

Half a teaspoon of ground cardamom

2 teaspoons of garlic powder

2 teaspoons of onion powder

Salt and black pepper

Ice water

Generous oil for frying

Method:

- Soak the skinned pins in the soaking solution overnight.

- Drain the solution and begin to prepare the packing mixture in a bowl. We put the flour, cardamom, a lot of paprika and thyme after rubbing it by hand and mix it according to desire, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and mix them together very well and put the pins in the mixture.
