How to make a healthy kofta in the German way
Ingredients:
1/2 kilograms of minced meat, low -fat
3 toast slices of full wheat brown
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
Parsley package chopped
The amount of a cup of green or white onion is chopped
Spices
Salt and Pepper
How to prepare :
Mix the milk with the toast, then rub the hand, then add the egg, and we can add half a cup or more fragile soy beans to increase the nutritional value, then add the rest of the ingredients.
