**Pickled Cucumbers**


**Ingredients:**


- 2 kg of fresh small cucumbers

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1 teaspoon of rock salt for every liter of water

- Half a cup of vinegar (either white vinegar or apple cider vinegar)

- 1 teaspoon of sugar

- Half a teaspoon of dried coriander

- Optional: pieces of hot chili peppers

- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped red pepper


**Instructions:**


1. Start by washing the cucumbers well, then cut them lengthwise to make it easier to place them in the jars.

2. Place the cut cucumbers in the jars, and gradually fill the container with water. Then add the salt and vinegar, ensuring not to fill the jars completely.

3. Add the remaining ingredients: sugar and the rest of the spices.

4. Seal the jars tightly and leave them for a few days to allow the pickling process. Make sure to store them in a cool place after they have turned into pickles to prevent spoilage.
