▪ Take the remaining béchamel sauce and add an egg (if desired), along with the mozzarella cheese or preferred type, and mix well.
▪ Pour the béchamel over the top, and preheat the oven to 200°C.
▪ Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, then turn on the grill for 10 to 20 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden.
