Chicken rolls with cheese and garlic
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 large tortillas
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and sautéed garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Divide chicken mixture evenly between tortillas and roll tightly.
Preheat skillet over medium heat and toast wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side until cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes:
You can add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor and nutrition!
