Chocolate cookies with pistachio cream 🍪💚
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, compressed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). This will make it nice and warm for your cookies.
