Kunafa with Nutella
Ingredients
½ cup Kunafa
100 grams butter, soft
Syrup
Butter for greasing
How to prepare
Separate the Kunafa from each other.
Heat the butter over the fire and once it melts, pour it evenly over the Kunafa and stir it well using your hands until the Kunafa absorbs the butter well.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Divide the Kunafa into two parts.
Grease the baking tray a little and place half the Kunafa in it and press it to form a flat disc.
Repeat the process in another tray of the same type and size with the other half of the Kunafa.
Put the Kunafa discs in the oven and leave them until they become golden and crunchy.
Remove the Kunafa from the oven and pour the syrup over the two hot discs.
Leave the Kunafa until it cools and absorbs the syrup completely.
In a serving dish, place one Kunafa disc on the dish.
Spread the Nutella chocolate on the surface in the amount you want.
Cover the Nutella chocolate layer with the other Kunafa disc.
You can decorate the surface with whipped cream or grated pistachios
