Boiled chickpeas

Vegetable additions, optional, according to taste, or we can make the mix we like or just cauliflower and chickpeas are enough

If we don't like tahini sauce, we can replace it with ranch sauce
- We cut the cauliflower into small florets, or we take the whole cauliflower and cut it into thin slices. This is the best so that it is cooked well, and it is possible for someone who wants to boil the cauliflower for 3 minutes in hot water and drain it well from the water (but I personally just boil it a little at a time, not boil it).
