Hot chili paste
Ingredients:-
- A quarter kilo of hot red pepper.
- 2 green sweet peppers
- 1 cup of oil.
- 1 tablespoon of salt.
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- A quarter teaspoon of sugar
Method
Put the above ingredients together in an electric blender, and mix for at least five minutes.
Then put the ingredients in a tightly sealed container, and then add a little oil to the surface.
Put the ingredients in the refrigerator until use.
Their shelf life in the refrigerator is from 15 days to 25 days.
