- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk

Prepare.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt to the egg and sugar mixture. Stir gently until well combined.
- Add the melted butter, milk and vanilla to the mixture, and stir until the dough is smooth and free of lumps.
- Grease a rectangular mold with butter, then pour the mixture into it, and distribute it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Leave the cake to cool slightly in the pan then transfer it to a clean surface.
- Carefully roll out the cake then spread an even layer of apricot jam in the middle.
- Carefully roll the cake again.
- Cut the gypsy arm into slices and serve at room temperature....
