mango pudding
A sweet and delicious dessert that melts in your mouth!
Ingredients (yield 6-190ml cups):
* 250g mango flesh
* 250g heavy cream
* 250ml milk
* 30g sugar
* 15g gelatin
* Mango cubes (as needed)
Instructions:
1. Soak gelatin in cold water, then dissolve in a bowl to create gelatin liquid.
2. Cut mango into pieces, mix with milk to make mango puree, then add gelatin liquid and mix well.
3. Whip heavy cream and sugar until thick. Add mango puree and mix well. Transfer mixture to a piping bag and pipe into dessert cups.
4. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
5. Remove from fridge and garnish with mango pieces and jelly....
